The Easiest Trick for a Sweet Fix

I hate baking so the first step was figuring out how to do this my way! I also like quick and easy. So I came up with these 2 fun little treats you may thank me for or be sad you know!

Dubai Chocolate Graham crackers.

3 ingredients, no mixing, microwave use.

Grab a graham cracker and some chocolate melts. Place the chocolate melts on one half of the cracker and microwave it for about 30–45 seconds until soft.

Next, take a second graham cracker and spread some pistachio paste on it. You can find this paste at your local Walmart- by the peanut butter. Once you have placed the paste on the cracker, press both sides together, and put in the freezer for a minute to set.

Dubai Chocolate Cake

4 ingredients, minimal mixing, microwave use.

Pour desired amount of cake mix in a coffee mug and add milk until you have a very slightly runny cake batter. Microwave in 30 second increments until cooked to your desire- I like mine a bit lava style. (Have something vented to cover with or a paper towel to avoid mess in the microwave). Let cool.

Next top with the pistachio paste- you can make it- but again I am going easy. And then I top with plain shredded wheat for the texture.
