Starting your day with a fruit and veggie shake is not just a delicious choice- it's a powerful way to enhance your skin's glow and boost your energy levels while keeping those calorie counts in check. I love my old trusty- a blend of spinach and strawberries is great for beginners. Spinach is loaded with vitamins A and C, which can work wonders for your skin, while strawberries add a burst of flavor and antioxidants.

I often find myself filling my blender with an assortment of random fruits and vegetables I have on hand in my fridge. I try to go light on the fruit but heavy on the vegtables.
